What good things predicted Bible for the "last days"?
watching the news on television, have you ever wondered what will go into this world? Today tragedies occur so unexpectedly that no human can predict what will happen tomorrow (James 4:14). But Lord knows it (Isaiah 46:10). Long ago, His Word, the Bible , predicted not only the misfortunes that occur at present but also the wonderful things that happen in the near future.
Jesus spoke of the Kingdom of God, the government will end up with evil and become Earth in paradise (Luke 4:43). People who listened to Jesus wanted to know when would that Kingdom. In fact, his disciples asked him: "["] What is the sign of your presence and the conclusion of the system of things "(Matthew 24:3). He replied that the only one who knew exactly when to come to this wicked world was Jehovah God (Matthew 24:36). However, Jesus predicted they would pass in the Earth just before the Kingdom would bring peace and security. And he predicted the events that are happening today.
Before examining the evidence that we are living in "the conclusion of the system of things", let's talk briefly about a war that no human being could be observed. This war took place in the invisible region inhabited by the spirits, and the outcome affects us directly.
WAR IN THE SKY
The previous chapter mentioned that Jesus Christ became king in heaven in the year 1914 (Daniel 7:13, 14). Soon after came into action. The Bible foretold this: "Woe to the land [...]!, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing he has a short space of time "(Revelation [Revelation] 12:7, 9, 12).

"There will be shortages of food." (Matthew 24:7.) Researchers say that in the last thirty years has greatly increased food production. However, there are still shortages because many people have no grounds on which to grow food or money to buy them. In developing countries, more than one billion people survive on very little: a dollar a day or less. And most of them suffering from chronic hunger. The World Health states that malnutrition is one of the main factors contributing to die more than five million children a year.
"There large earthquakes." (Luke 21:11.) According to the U.S. Geological Survey, only since 1990 has been an average of seventeen earthquakes strong enough to damage buildings and crack the earth. Another source of information states: "In the last hundred years have killed hundreds of thousands of people due to earthquakes, and technological advances have only managed to reduce some of that amount."
"There [...] pests." (Luke 21:11.) Despite medical advances, humanity is plagued by disease, old as new.
